Carhopp tried to sell me 2 cars first a 98 blazer that had a repaired headgasket...it blew the first day then a 2001 escort zxt with a blown clutch the customer service was horrible its like they are all rejects from real dealerships. they told me after i got the second car and had made my third payment that i was responsible for the clutch bc i didnt tell them the day i bought it. the catch is that i told them the next day and i stopped the payment that i had given them. the UAC finance company called saying that i had more than enought income to cover the cost of the repair and the payment and that i would have to pay them or they will call the police and say i stole the vehicle. this is a horrid company. I won my money back and they were forced to take the car back but not after i pulled the transmission out that i had to pay for 129e2b0

Almost made the mistake of going to CarHop and in fact did the search when I found this. Thank you for saving me from this nightmare. Hope you get a better car.

To best assist our customers, every vehicle purchased includes a 3 day Satisfaction Guarantee which allows a vehicle to be returned within 3 days of purchase if our customer is not satisfied. In addition, each vehicle includes an 18 month / 18,000 limited warranty. Since this is a limited warranty, the covered items are clearly listed in the paperwork each customer reviews and signs with their approval prior to purchase.
