Bought 2002 Ford explorer they said truck was sound and inspected for any problems before selling vehicle. Third day rear wheel started to wobble on highway stop to inspect, 3 left lug bolts broken off extremely dangerous to drive they said warranty did not cover issue could have been killed on highway if wheel flew off said I had to pay to have it towed to service center which they werent gonna cover anyway --my boyfriend had to repair it and sent 7 hours fixing the problem. He too bought a truck they said only needed front end alignment but required over 600 dollars in front end drivetrain repairs which they refused to fix which should have been done before they put it up for sale .These people are unprofessional and sale unreliable veicles which they claim to inspect but do not do-they are liars and high risk sales--beware before buying any car or truck from them--it may cost you a bundle to fix . Not to mention they sale their vehicles for twice the blue book value. They are not repuitable and dishonest. UAC whom finances for them will burn you as well...DO NOT BUY FROM CAR HOP 129e4c6

Written by angela on January 6, 2012 from ft. worth, texas, US Lol@carhop!...yeah right!...I am over paying for a piece of sh*t...I was told if I wasn't happy I had x amount of days to return or exchange it...working weird hours during the holiday I kept sending them and uca emails asking if I could exchange...finally got someone on the phone just to tell me I was too late..although it was their fault for not getting back to me...got my car in st.paul mn..will be doing a doc. This month about carhop to post of youtube..anyone interested in getting it off your chest contact me @ got my car 11/11 and it doesn't work ... |
