The $have a car that breaks downs or they pay on it for two years and miss a payment they repossess it..The customer service is horrible and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Made a agreement with 2 different people with the same terms to get my car back and then on the day of they change the entire script..They took my car a week a go and they are ready to put it in a action..This is after already paying eight thousand for this old 2000 car that I got 3 years a go..Only thousand left on note and they are going to action my car..Horrible Horrible 129e682

Sure they will hurriedly get you in only to lie to you about how good the car is. I signed one contract and then a month later they send me another one saying that they audited their contracts from time and see that mine had an error on it, tried to charge me almost $2000.00 more dollars then had the gawls to tell me to disregard the one I signed(REALLY- WHO DOES THAT). Anyway, had a family death missed a note, got three phone calls one night at 11:00pm here they come getting the car. The next day got a call from a CSR who told me to only pay the amount due on it get my car so I go where it was try to give the money and yep you guessed it the new CSR my so called account manager says I was given the wrong amount so what I did I do kindly relinquished my rights and got a copy of the agreement. Now Im keeping the original contract, this bogus contract they sent me in the mail and the relinquish agreement..going to use it to protect my credit. CarHop in order to help folks with credit issues work on your CSR, your liabilites and responsiblities to the customer and most of all your vehicles. I appreciate the help on what you did for me revealing your paperwork to another car lot made me be able to drive away with a 2011 Malibu paying only $385.00 a month! |
