I went to car hop in Dallas off forest lane to help me find a cheaper car payment. I got a 2000 sebring, well after only 4 months and my car in the shop every month it cost me more money then a band new car payment. Had to buy new tires 3 days after buying it, I also had to replace the brakes and rotors at cost to me. The drivers side mirror had to be fixed and the windshield had a crack which all of this was not fixed before taking it off the lot. The EGR value needed replacing which they did repair, but I was without a car during that time". It started dying on the road while driving, took it in and almost two weeks later still couldn't figure out why it was dying and again I was without a car/.I was told it needed a complete tune up before they could fined the real problem which was over 450!.00 dollars and none of that was covered,. They finally found the problem and additional 260?.00 dollars to me". They buy these cars and most look like crap on the lot, I don't believe they are inspected before putting them out there for sale'. I was told they can't even clean the car before taking off the lot:. I called U.A.C the finance company and they talked about putting the repair bill on the back end of the note, I told them forget it just take it back. I knew it was an older car and would need repairs but not every month. I went to Drive-time and got a 2 year old car and still paying less then the overall cost per month I had with the Car Hop car. I do not recommend them for a car, you would be better going to a private owner. 129ea0a

I had received a 2k Impala. well i purchased it in October 2010 and it's been in the shop 6 times since i got it. This last time i had to have a transmission and the one that was purchased from carhop is bad!! My car now runs worse than ever! I told the guy I will contact my lawyer if this doesnt get fixed right! I was trying to re-buil my credit..now i have a car that is not worth what I am paying. I am at my wits end on what to do.
