we got a mini van from carhop. the van works fine but the finance company uac is horriable. my husbands pay changed and it has been pure *** to get our due dates changed.

they call his job and harrass him at work and our payment is not even late. all i want to do is pay for the entire month at one time.why does it have to be so hard to pay your bill?

i regret getting this car from this company and i cannot wait to have it paid off. i would not recomend them to anyone! 129e203

well if thats the case they breached the contract with me after i got a loan for a 2002 buick 8,540.. they sent me a letter saying that they made a mistake on my contract and now i owe 10,220.. i nerver agreed to that and they can have this car back! got approved for 2010 honda for 230.00 a month way better than the 400.00 i pay now!

If you want at any given time in the contract if you contact the finance company you can switch the date you pay them. But do not contact car hop contact UAC and talk to a finance person about the situation.

JUST WANTED TO SAY THAT THE COMPLAINT OF THE LADY ABOUT THE BILLING DATE CHANGING, WOULN'T THAT BE ILLEGAL ? ONCE A CONTRACT IS SIGNED, EVERYTHING'S SUPPOSED TO REMAIN THE SAME. IF THIS IS THE CASE, MY GUEST IS THAT THEY WERE THE ONES THAT BREACHED THE TERMS OF THE CONTRACT.
