car hop is not a very friendly auto dealership.especially the finance department.they *** around all the time especially if you use the net spend account they set you up with.they dont tell you everything going on with your account,they even have a lousy warranty dept.my alternator went out on my vehicle,i called them and one lady told me to take it to the lot where i bought it from"even if i had to walk"keep in mind the lot was 45 min from my house-over 30 miles......
